Var Coberly - A Brief History
A Photo Timeline
Var Coberly - Baby
As shown here with my sister on my left, I was an incredibly adorable and chubby baby. I was born March 22nd, 1994.
Var Coberly - Hearthrob
As you can see, I kept up my tradition of adorableness as I grew up in Toms River, New Jersey, a few miles from Seaside.
Var Coberly - Superhero
I put myself through incredibly vigorous exercise in my backyard frequently as I was training to become a superhero. It was during my superhero years that I had my peak number of friends.
Var Coberly - Track And Field Prodigy
Freshman year in high school, I decided to put all of my training to use and joined the Track And Field team. I earned the Most Improved award, going from 66' to 99'10" in javelin. And yes, I used to have a coconut hairstyle. I still have the awkwardly large hands, though they're a little more proportional nowadays.
Var Coberly - Family Man
For society's benefit, I cut my hair short. My family moved to Oxford, Pennsylvania when I was 15. Ever since my sister started going to Penn State, my family has a tradition of having Easter lunch together at Duffy's Tavern in Boalsburg, shown here.
Var Coberly - God of the Seas and Horses
In Oxford, I decided to give academics my all, especially mythology projects. Also, I met my lovely girlfriend Eryn (Medusa, to my right.) She cleans up well. In Oxford, I consistently achieved academic honors, and finished 21st in my class. By the way, I also brought that 99' 10" in javelin to a 138' 10".
Var Coberly - Nittany Lion
Eryn and I came to The Pennsylvania State University (honestly coincidentally). Although I started as a Psychology major, I soon realized that Communication Arts and Sciences is everything I wanted from psychology, so I switched majors.
Var Coberly - High-Speed Cadet
I joined the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps, ideally becoming a CV-22 Osprey or an A-10 Thunderbolt II pilot. I thoroughly enjoy the discipline and respect that comes with the training, and look forward to my sophomore Field Training Preparation next year.
Var Coberly - Momma's Boy
Presently, as I study for the last of my Freshmen finals, I am looking forward to summer, a bed I can fit in, and of course, my wonderful parents!
